GreenlandNZ will offset your remaining emissions with independently verified credits sourced locally from New Zealand
Government approved projects (PRE).

5. Certify your contribution

As part of our Totally Cool certification process, your emission activities will be independently audited and verified.

Independent verification is undertaken through an independent audit, and is becoming more and more important overseas as consumer awareness grows about claims of carbon neutrality.

1. Your sustainability objectives

We examine what you are trying to achieve and why, and the targets you can realistically expect to achieve using a fast-track questionnaire system that accurately and cost effectively identifies your objectives. At this stage we will also provide you with a cost estimate.

2. Size your carbon footprint

We work with you to define the aspects of your business and operations that you want to include in your carbon assessment. We then help you estimate your footprint from your key carbon sources - fuel, power, travel, packaging, etc - based on the highest international standards set out in the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. We have specialist energy analysts to assist with more complex assessments and verifications if required.

The Greenhouse Gas Protocol has been developed by the World Business Council for sustainable development.
This is the standard
recognised and accepted
by Kyoto signatory countries.
